Meet Elena, your dance teacher 👋🏼

BACKGROUND

Elena is a contemporary dancer, movement facilitator, and electronic dance instructor. She pursued her professional dance studies in Saint-Petersburg and Berlin.

In her teenage years, Elena got drawn to trance and electronic dance music. In 2018, she discovered shuffling through a music video featuring Elena Cruz. Since then, she has been dancing, teaching and mixing rave dance styles like shuffle, D&B, hard-jump, muzzing and house in her classes.

TEACHING

Her teaching evolved beyond dance technique during her Master studies in Dance Movement Therapy. Today, her classes are high-energy movement experiences that combine dance fitness, cardio work-out, coordination & balance, and somatic elements.

With a focus on the joy of dancing, presence and group connection, Elena strives to facilitate an inclusive space where people can move to electronic dance music, sweat and connect with their body’s rhythm without stepping into a club.
